If u don't start up the vmware guest machine cause of error like "/dev/vmnet0 is nor running", u should try the following instruction:

# su - root
# cd /Library/Application Support/Vmware Fusion
# ./boot.sh --restart

After u excute the command, u'll see the right Vmware guest startup.
